MONROE line is inspired by the Art Deco style. In order to update the elegance and refinement
of this style, we have reinterpreted its specific features, using both elements of contemporary
design, as well as elements of the ‘60s. Hence, we have obtained a line of objects with a new
energy and also a retro allure.
Its rounded shapes, the balanced contrast between the warm shade of the oak and the natural
white area, the harmonious joining of natural textures, thoroughly solved details, all these will

Made of linden hardwood, with hand crafted sculpture and intarsia
Finish: glossy white walnut with golden sculptures, any finishing is
available on demand.
The lacquer used is water based lacquer.
Details can be gilded with authentic 22, 24 kt gold leaf, silver leaf or
faux gold or silver leaf.
For the table top, sideboard tops and door panels walnut essence,
walnut root, mahogany, yew, reconstructed maple, cherry tree
plywood sheets are used.

The company IMARAD INTERIORS, having the registered office in the city of Arad, the first important city of Romania at the entrance
from Central Europe, has more than one century of aristocratic tradition in wood carving.
IMARAD INTERIORS was established and developed starting from two factories: the First Furniture Factory of Arad, founded in 1890 by
L.E.Lengyel, as the furniture supplier for the Austro-Hungarian Empire Court and the Romanian Royal Court, and during 1985-
1990 it was the main supplier for the House of the Republic, the second being Arad Sawmill, founded in 1923 by A.Cornis.
With its noble simplicity and silent grandeur, figment of craftsmanship and devotion, done with exquisite skill, IMAR brand
furniture continues to amaze and thrill us at the same time.
Even though IMAR was acknowledged due to the special attention given to traditional, solemn furniture, in Renaissance, Baroque,
